Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, perishable goods are excluded from the statutory cancellation (cooling-off) period.

Once an order for perishable goods is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
